Terms and Conditions

We process orders in 7 to 10 business days. When your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number, so please double-check that your address is correct.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, nor for delays due to shipping, weather, or other situations beyond our control.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange your products within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, with tags and original packaging in good condition. Personalized or adjusted products cannot be exchanged.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. To arrange an exchange, please write to us at nao.handknit@gmail.com.

RETURNS
We do not currently offer refunds. Defective products can be returned within 72 hours of receipt for store credit or exchange for the same product. The garment must be unused and with its original packaging and tags.

Credit or refund is processed once the garment has been received and inspected.
